Booking and Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is considered confirmed upon receiving a confirmation notification.
Pricing and Payment:
- Prices are determined based on the distance and service type chosen.
- Payment is due at the end of the journey. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
Passenger Responsibility:
- Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle will result in repair or replacement charges.
Luggage and Belongings:
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings, and AA CAB LTD. is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
No-shows:
- Failure to meet the driver at the scheduled pick-up location may result in a no-show fee.
Safety and Conduct:
- Passengers must follow safety regulations and behave appropriately during the journey.
- Any unruly behavior may result in immediate termination of the trip.
Delays:
- AA CAB LTD. is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
Complaints:
- Any concerns or complaints should be reported to our customer support team for prompt resolution.
Privacy:
- AA CAB LTD. respects passenger privacy and complies with all applicable data protection laws.
Termination of Service:
- AA CAB LTD. reserves the right to terminate service to any passenger for violation of these terms and conditions.

- AA CAB LTD. may update these terms and conditions, and passengers are encouraged to review them periodically.
